Bloomington Developmental Learning Center, Inc. was founded in 1973 by parents and teachers who were bound by similar child-care philosophies. BDLC is one of the largest and oldest child-care centers in Monroe County.
The Bloomington Developmental Learning Center is a multi-cultural child care center that encourages each child to develop his or her own unique potential. Through our play-based curriculum BDLC fosters the emotional, social, and educational development of children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. With the help of our exceptional staff, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of each child who comes through our doors.
