Our mission is to provide educational, child-centered, family-oriented, multicultural activities that encourage each child to develop his or her unique potential. We welcome children of all nationalities, creeds, races, and abilities to experience the benefits of our center.
As a not-for-profit child-care provider, BDLC fosters the emotional, social, and educational development of children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. At BDLC, children, families, staff, and teachers work together in a diverse, caring, and community-oriented environment to develop the unique potential of every child.
BDLC provides full-service daycare for children, serving two nutritious whole food oriented meals and snacks daily, in a purpose-built facility with age-appropriate indoor and outdoor spaces. We also have a full-day kindergarten program.
Our teachers meet exceptionally high standards. Each lead teacher has a minimum of a CDA and many have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher. Every teacher is required to have an additional 20 hours of training every 12 months.
